The Texas Drug Offender Education Program (DOEP) is designed for first-time offenders to fulfill court and license reinstatement requirements. This course educates participants on the dangers of drug abuse, its effects on the body, and the long-term consequences of substance use.
Throughout the program, participants will explore health risks, legal implications, personal values, and behavioral patterns related to drug use. The course also includes the development of a personal action plan to help prevent future substance use and its consequences.
